I think my blog is dying already due to lacks of update. Finally uploaded long overdue videos of Darius on Youtube and also on blog. But there’s still a lot more to upload.

Have went for a few interview and was being offered the position of Admin Clerk at KKH. Submit my resignation on the 17Feb and 1 month from 19Feb, which means my last day is on the 18March. I have total 8.5days of leave from last year, including 3 days of OIL(off-in-lieu). Upon my resignation, was told that my OIL is none claimable anymore. FYI, OIL is not in the system, hence it cannot be en-cash. It’s 3 days leh! Fcuking pissed off. I was trying to clear my OIL previously but was not granted because I still have my AL from last year and I must clear it before I touch my OIL and now I was told that because I have tendered, you won’t give me the 3 days OIL anymore. Fcuking hell. You didn’t state in the first place that if we submit our resignation the OIL will be gone. You expect me to tell you, I take back my resignation letter just because of that 3 days of OIL?

The management sucks seriously. I was telling 1 of my colleague that the high volume of calls we have to handle is 1 thing. But the main reason why we are so sick of this company is because we have so much calls to handle a day and yet the management is not understanding enough. They expect more and more. Ask you to do this, ask you to do that. Expect you to do this and that. Can you imagine that once a call comes in you gotta verify against the NRIC, name, address and contact details above all other appt changes etc? And what do they expect? The call to end within 2 minutes. Tell me how the hell to do it when they also expect good service and going the extra mile? Haha!

Anyway, I am supposed to sign with KKH on Tuesday but because Singhealth (Breast & Cervical screen) asked me to go down for interview so I went down for the interview instead. But the next day I receive a call from their HR asking whether I am interested in a position in HR and of course I am interested lar! HR have such good prospect so went down for a last minute meeting with their Deputy yesterday. Waiting for their call now. Hopefully I will get the position in HR.
