We applied for the segar vale bto in february and got q no. 200 out of 197 units. Excited cuz many of our frens said that we definitely will get it cuz usually there's drop out/rejected applicant.

Appt on the 12 may. As the day past, don't feel so hopeful cuz the drop out/rejected rate is only about 10%. Which means that we have very little units to b able to choose from.

Finally we had a talk on the 11 may and decided to go ahead and choose a unit. There's a few level 5 units available. So we'll take a level 5. Worst come to worst level 4.

We reached very early for our appt cuz wanted to go down to pending's talent plus and take a look. Who knows the moment we alight at the station it start to rain heavily. So LL u-turn back and head towards tpy.

Had Mac breakfast first and then proceed to tpy hdb hub to look at the 3D model & the showflat. Decided to take just the door and not the tiles.

Our turn came and the guy that attended to us damn nice! But turns out the optional choice of door is not what we liked so we opt out of it as well.

Took a level 5. Paid $2k and left. Walk around tpy and finally home sweet home!

Now just another 3-4 yrs more to a place of our own (:
